An electro pneumatic pressure controller PRO VC is a precision pressure regulator for the smallest pressures that electronically converts a pre selected pressure quantity into a pneumatic pressure with the highest accuracy. Fluctuations in the supply as well as changing flow rates are precisely compensated.
The system pressure display shows the measured value applied to the pressure sensor.
The pressure preselection signal is represented by the internal microcontroller or transferred to it as an external analog preselection voltage. The actual pressure value is measured with a high precision pressure sensor. The microcontroller corrects and scales the characteristic curve and prepares it for output via the interface for a PC or an automation device. The standard version of the device already has a USB interface. As further options Ethernet, RS232, RS485 and CAN are available. The communication can be done in all common protocols.
The pressure controller is supplied with a standard program with which customer-specific program sequences can be created. The program can be operated from any PC. Several pressure controllers can also be operated with one PC. The sequences can be stored on the pressure controller. Thus, an individual test sequence is possible without a PC.
Suitability: The PRO VC is only suitable for operation with gaseous, non- aggressive and non-flammable media such as dry air or nitrogen.

Measuring range: 0 … 1 mbar to 0 … 2 bar, relative, absolute or differential pressure. Measuring ranges up to 40 bar are possible

Manual/ computer operation
The PRO VC can be controlled in both manual and remote mode (PC mode). In manual mode, the unit is operated via the keyboard.

The system pressure display shows the applied pressure in mbar or Pa relative.
Keyboard
The keypad is used for manual control of the PRO VC.
Programming
Up to 100 pressure points with rise/fall times can be stored in the device. Free programming of any sequences is possible via PC or automation devices.
