PROEMTEC has developed and manufactured the high innovative test unit PRO500HY-ST for testing components with a simulteanous pressure pulse, shock impact and temperature test load. The customer is using the unit for testing components with a high mechanical load and at the same time with a surrounding test temperature of up to 350°C.
The hydraulic pressure pulses can have a pressure of up to 500 bar with a frequency of up to 100 Hz. At the same time the specimens can be tested with a load impact of up to 2000 g at a frequency of up to 200 Hz. The test chamber and the test oil can be heated up to a temperature of up to 350 °C.
In case that the specimen has internal electronics, with the PRO500HY it is possible to divide the temperature at the specimen also into areas.
