An electro pneumatic pressure controller PRO FC is a precision pressure regulator that electronically converts a preselected pressure quantity into a pneumatic pressure with the highest accuracy. The device is specially designed for the rapid switching on of a pressure previously regulated in a storage tank. With the integrated software for teaching on pressures, pressures can be quickly and precisely switched on to test specimens. Due to the modular design of the device up to nine arbitrarily adjustable pressure values can be switched simultaneously. The optionally supplied storage tanks are optimized by us for fast switching processes and can be specially modified for your test specimens.
Fluctuations in the supply as well as changing flow rates are precisely compensated. The device regulates a pressure from 0 to 50 mbar up to 0 to 40 bar referred to the absolute pressure. With the day pressure measurement option, the pressure can be controlled in relation to the ambient pressure.
The system pressure display shows the measured value applied to the pressures sensor.
The pressure preselection signal is represented by the internal microcontroller or transferred to it as an external analog preselection voltage. The actual pressure value is measured with a high-precision pressure sensor. The microcontroller corrects and scales the characteristic curve and prepares it for output via the interface for a PC or an automation device. The standard version of the device already has a USB interface. As further options RS232, CAN, Ethernet and RS485 are available. The communication can be done in all common protocols.
The pressure controller is supplied with a standard program with which customer-specific program sequences can be created. The program can be operated from any PC. Several pressure controllers can also be operated with one PC. The sequences can be stored on the pressure controller. Thus, an individual test sequence is possible without a PC.
Suitability
The PRO FC is only suitable for operation with gaseous, non-aggressive and non-flammable media such as dry air or nitrogen.

Manual/ computer operation
The PRO FC can be controlled in both manual and remote mode (PC mode). In manual mode, the unit is operated via the keypad.

The system pressure display shows the applied pressure in bar absolute. Four channels are displayed simultaneously.

The keypad is used for manual control of the PRO PC.
Programming
Up to 100 pressure points with rise/fall times can be stored in the device. Free programming of any sequences is possible via PC or automation devices.
